2. If the bird happens to get sick or injured in the process of delivery kindly contact us and you will be provided with the options to either send him back to us for a replacement bird of equal value, retain the bird and provide us with the cost incurred to treat the bird for reimbursement.
3. Incase you no longer want to keep the bird, you can contact us for a refund. Note that this process is only applicable within the first 60 days of purchase.
