2. If the bird happens to get sick or injured in the process of delivery kindly contact us and you will be provided with the options to either send him back to us for a replacement bird of equal value, retain the bird and provide us with the cost incurred to treat the bird for reimbursement.
3. Incase you no longer want to keep the bird, you can contact us for a refund. Note that this process is only applicable within the first 60 days of purchase.

Eclectus Parrot Care

Like any other pet birds, Eclectus parrots need enough attention and care to bring out the best in them. This bird specie needs a strong and big cage with enough space for the bird to play, fly and move around from one place to the other. Provide the bird with enough play toys to keep the bird entrained and their beak busy. Locking up an Eclectus parrot in a cage for too long is very unhealthy for them so make sure you provide the bird with a minimum of 5 hours of play time outside the cage.
